Although we are not currently accredited as an 'Approved Workshop' in the National Caravan Council's Caravan repair and service scheme we are working towards accreditation and already follow the schemes guidelines.

For example our Premium Caravan service schedule follows exactly the NCC Approved Workshop guidelines and we seem to one of the only companies to publish it in such detail.

The scheme also requires a formal complaints procedure to be in place, and we believe we are the first Caravan Repair and Service company to create an online Complaints System.

This attention to detail will hopefully mean it never gets used!
